MOPTOPS HAIRCARE, ZERO TO HAIR HERO EXPERIENCE
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for the MopTops Haircare Daddy Daughter Zero to Hair Hero Experience workshop.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
1. All bookings are per duo (one dad and one daughter). Each duo requires a separate booking and payment.
2. Full payment of $199 per duo is required to confirm your booking. Your place is not secured until payment has been received.
3. Bookings are accepted via direct message inquiry followed by payment confirmation. No walk-in bookings are available.
4. The Workshop has a maximum capacity of 8 duos. Bookings are accepted on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
5. The Workshop is designed for daughters aged 4 years and over. We are unable to accept bookings for children under 4, as the session requires the capacity to sit and participate for 90 minutes.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
1. All ticket sales are non-refundable. Due to the limited capacity of the Workshop, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.
2. If you are unable to attend, please contact Chris Gaskell directly as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to transfer your booking to a future workshop date, subject to availability. A rebooking fee of $75 applies to any date change, regardless of the reason for the change.
3. MopTops Haircare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Workshop in the event of insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In this event, a full refund will be issued to all confirmed bookings.
ATTENDANCE
1. The Workshop runs for 90 minutes. Please arrive on time as the session begins promptly.
2. This Workshop is designed for dads and daughters. The daughter must be present and participating. Mums, siblings, and other guests are not included in the session unless separately arranged with Chris Gaskell prior to the event.
3. All participants must be in reasonable health on the day of the Workshop. If your child is unwell, please contact us in advance.
4. All hair tools and products are provided. Participants do not need to bring anything other than themselves.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND CONTENT
1. MopTops Haircare may photograph or film the Workshop for use in marketing and social media content.
2. By attending, you consent to photography of the session. We will never post images showing children’s faces front-on without express written permission. Side-on, back-of-head, hands-in-hair, and dad-focused shots are our standard.
3. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise Chris Gaskell prior to the event and we will respect your preference.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
1. MopTops Haircare takes all reasonable care to ensure the Workshop environment is safe and suitable for children.
2. All MopTops Haircare products used during the Workshop are Australian-made, salon-grade, and formulated with children’s sensitive hair and skin in mind. Please advise us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to attending.
3. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and wellbeing of their child at all times during the Workshop.
GENERAL
1. MopTops Haircare reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
2. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
