These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through moptopshaircare.com.au.
Pricing and Payment
1. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
2. MopTops Haircare is not registered for GST and therefore does not charge GST on products.
3. All prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
4. Payment is processed securely at checkout via our online payment gateway. We do not store your payment details.
Delivery
1. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Western Australian public holidays.
2. Delivery is available within Australia only.
3. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery to Perth WA, and 4 to 7 business days for all other Australian locations. These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation. MopTops Haircare is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier once goods have left our facility.
Returns and Refunds
1. We want you to be completely happy with your MopTops Haircare products. If you believe a product is faulty, defective, or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@moptopshaircare.com.au.
2. Faulty, defective, or transit-damaged products may be returned for replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to assessment. Please do not return goods without contacting us first.
3. Please note that products damaged or lost in transit by Australia Post may also be covered under Australia Post insurance. We can assist you with this process where applicable.
4. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
5. Return postage costs for faulty or defective goods will be assessed on a case by case basis. Where a product is confirmed as defective, MopTops Haircare will cover reasonable return postage costs.
6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of our standard returns policy.
Privacy
1. All personal information collected during your purchase is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and keeping you informed about MopTops Haircare products and news.
2. We will never sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party without your written consent.
3. All client records are treated as strictly confidential.
General
1. MopTops Haircare reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on moptopshaircare.com.au at the time of purchase applies.
2. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
